Penny Adams

I am a behavioural scientist, seasoned human capital professional and leader with over 18 years of professional experience. I have worked in a number of industries for brands such as Multichoice, MTN, Standard Bank, Starbucks, and tech industry disruptor, Uber. My main focus has been on large scale transformation projects, integrated talent management, leadership development and people process optimisation. I consider myself a life scholar and believe that learning takes place in the day to day as much as in spaces of impact. I have the great privilege of being a mentor to women on the rise and am energized by the opportunity to enrich the lives of self and others through mentorship.
